While the evaluator is responsible toastmatsers providing feedback, and suggesting areas for improvement, only the speaker can actually make those improvements.
Attempt to understand and describe, not judge.
Unauthorized use is prohibited. I know of a few friends who do the same as you do and I feel that is a great talent especially with morivate speaking. But there are chances that you might miss out certain points during your minutes of evaluation.

What words were used? Phrase your suggestions in motivahe of the probable effect of their implementation on you and the members of the audience. Could you empathize with the speaker?

It is hoped that through constructive evaluation we may be able to improve the environment in which we live. Provide the speaker with suggestions for improvement based upon the possible effects of specific changes or modification in his or her presentation.
Of all the roles, I feel that the role of an evaluator is a little challenging. What facial expressions were demonstrated? Includes a copy of Distinguished Club Program booklet. What images could you see in your mind? In Toastmasters the assigned evaluator provides both immediate written and verbal feedback to the speaker. How many of you dread being an evaluator? From the moment we get up in the morning until we go to bed at night, we are constantly evaluating the people and things around us.
I find it difficult to write my speeches you can evaluate me as being lazy.
A speaker will long remember a super critical evaluation but never in a positive way. Effective evaluations help us all become better speakers.

They may even exaggerate to the good side. Also may be good for speakers with a lot of experience who feel that they need tougher evaluations. Always support the speaker with appropriate applause when they finish speaking. Always focus on how the speaker is going to benefit from your evaluation.
